How is My Account activated?
New customer will be active automatically, you will receive a welcome email with your credentials to access the application.
Existing customer who wishes to make a change, can go to My Account and make changes to the profile by completing the Customer Information Form.
How many active users can I have in "My Account"?
You can have the number of users you want
How do I add or remove users from "My Account"?
Existing customer who wishes to make a change, can go to My Account and make changes to the profile by completing the Customer Information Form.
How long does it take to activate My Account?
The creation of the user may take 24 hours. Once created, the client will receive a welcome email with their credentials.
If it is a new account, the client will not see his last invoice until the next billing cycle.
If you are an existing customer with a new user, the last invoice will be available.

What is the cost of My Account?
At this moment there will be no cost to access My Account. There are three different options available: PDF image, PDF image with local calls detail (as an image) and PDF image with a Microsoft Access data base including all call detail records.
