My Account is the service through which Customers are able to access their wireline accounts.

How is My Account activated? Collapse
  • New customer will be active automatically, you will receive a welcome email with your credentials to access the application.
  • Existing customer who wishes to make a change, can go to My Account and make changes to the profile by completing the Customer Information Form.

  • You can have the number of users you want
How do I add or remove users from "My Account"? Collapse
  • Existing customer who wishes to make a change, can go to My Account and make changes to the profile by completing the Customer Information Form.
How long does it take to activate My Account? Collapse
  • The creation of the user may take 24 hours. Once created, the client will receive a welcome email with their credentials.
  • If it is a new account, the client will not see his last invoice until the next billing cycle.
  • If you are an existing customer with a new user, the last invoice will be available.

What is the cost of My Account? Collapse
  • At this moment there will be no cost to access My Account. There are three different options available: PDF image, PDF image with local calls detail (as an image) and PDF image with a Microsoft Access data base including all call detail records.
